Kaleigh Gerlich

Kaleigh grew up in Colorado and went to RPI for her undergraduate education.  She joined Boeing in Seattle shortly afterwards.  That is where she met Jeff and is now part of the family.

Kaleigh is not only athletic and loves running but she is bright and smart and one of the most balanced and supportive person we have met.  It is not a surprise that she rapidly rose to become a Manager at Boeing.  She brings those skills to her sailing.  She is very logical and methodical and brings that alongwith a health dose of empathy to every problem solving.  Her sense of humor, especially when bantering with Jeff is incredibly entertaining.  We could listen for hours.
